Plan de asesoría al directivo de la escuela Julio Abad Chica enfocado a la elaboración de un Plan de Capacitación Profesional Institucional en el periodo lectivo 2019 – 2020

Abstract

Within the framework of the concept of quality and warmth that the Political Constitution of Ecuador confers on education, educational advice constitutes an essential element in the orientation towards the desired educational quality; In this sense, the theoretical foundation of this proposal is based on documentation issued by the Ministry of Education of Ecuador, regulations regarding the educational field and international contributions in the context of quality and educational advice as they are elements that implement the processes of educational advice and the role of each of its actors; Consequently, the top product of this research is the Institutional Professional Training Plan for the Julio Abad Chica school because it summarizes all the phases of the advisory test implemented with their respective elements and instruments, whose basis was the study and full knowledge of the institutional reality ; the identification of advisory needs to the director of the Julio Abad Chica school and the collaborative work for the successful completion of the planned process.
