Técnicas grafoplásticas para estimular la motricidad fina en infantes de 4 a 5 años del Centro de Educación Inicial "Rita Chávez de Muñoz", Cuenca-Ecuador

Abstract

The present investigation has as a general objective to propose a primer with graphoplastic techniques that contribute to the stimulation of fine motor skills in children from 4 to 5 years of age of the CEI "Rita Chávez de Muñoz", Cuenca - Ecuador. In addition to having themes and activities; It is based on a detailed investigation about why the stimulation of fine motor skills is important, for this reason a primer with graphoplastic techniques was proposed. This proposal was raised from the observation made in pre-professional practices, where the lack of stimulation in the fine motor skills of children was evidenced, and through the booklet it is intended to propose activities that reinforce the coordination and skill of fine motor skills of children with easily accessible materials for teachers. For that, several authors were taken as a reference, such as: Chuva (2016), Sanmartín (2019) among others, since they reveal important concepts about fine motor skills through graphoplastic techniques. On the other hand, the methodological framework of this research is based on the socio-critical paradigm, with a qualitative approach, action research and the techniques used were the observation guide, interview, checklist, which were aimed at teachers and infants. Regarding the results, it was evidenced that the implementation of the booklet contributed to the improvement of the fine motor skills of the students, since progress was made in the performance of hand-eye coordination activities. Finally, it can be concluded that the use of graphoplastic techniques helps to develop the fine motor skills of students, since it is an easy and interesting way to implement activities for the benefit of children and their physical and emotional development.
