Asesoramiento a los docentes de Educación General Básica de la Unidad Educativa Ligdano Chávez en su función docente y tutorial

Abstract

The objective of this work is to propose to teachers the implementation of innovative active methodologies and techniques (addressing diversity through group work, psychopedagogical evaluations, drawing up typology tables of students, among others), through counseling in the teaching and tutorial function of the teaching staff of "Ligdano Chávez" educational unit, which allows improving the teaching-learning processes and motivating the students.It is carried out through an intervention to teachers applying different dynamics, where the basis of the teaching function is articulated and the Tutorial Action, through the experimentation of empathy, collaborative work, assertive communication, active listening, attention to the individualities. In this way changes are obtained in the daily teaching practice, the students benefit from an adequate tutoring and guidance, families are favored in the performance of their represented and in detection and prevention of social-emotional problems and educational needs associated with the disability or not.
