Abstract

He theme of my didactic unit is cooperative work to understand the diversity of students in the classroom, starting by going through my memory the experience of working with diverse students and sharing with them teachings, dances, songs, public speaking contests, programs, party such as reading, sports, exhibitions in open houses, civic dates, changes of flaggers and without number of activities I could distinguish that in a classroom we work with diverse students, the main objective is that everyone has equal participation promoting integration and collaboration. The result has been students working and learning together in teams recognizing positive aspects of collaborative work, the results are forging competitive students but also cooperative solidarity and participation learning that group work can multiply positive consequences, that is, they have a double responsibility to learn what that they are taught and that they also contribute so that their classmates learn.
