Abstract

The present Master Final Project aims to contribute to the adequate vocational decision-making in the tenth grade students, this being a crucial level in the educational process, especially applying it in the Educational Unit "José Joaquín Olmedo", being this an educational center with technical baccalaureate, belonging to the parish of Olmedo, rural sector of the Canton of Cayambe. Desiring to minimize in a greater percentage the difficulty that arises when students face the vocational choice, this program promotes several activities with the sole objective of providing adequate and timely guidance by the educational community, to encourage the students have the necessary instruments for your satisfactory vocational choice.
