Abstract

The aim of this master's thesis was to implement the use of graphic organizers, through the study of Ecuadorian authors of the generation of the thirties, to favor the understanding of the text; Within the development of the contents take three of the authors, which I thought were the most important for the development of the work sessions, and in which the interest and predisposition of the students could be noted, it should be emphasized that these activities they also emphasized a lot in what is reading, understanding texts and a different way of developing content, I can say that the understanding of the correct use of these three graphic organizers that were chosen strategically for the study of content, influenced the development of new skills and abilities in students, as well as facilitating the performance of each of them in their individual and group activities.
