Hablemos claro: desarrollando la oralidad desde el teatro

Abstract

In this TFM, the innumerable advantages offered by the theater within the classroom were exploited to develop the oral expression of the Seventh Year students. A planned didactic sequence is detailed at the level of the General Media Basics to know the stage performance and the expressive capacity of each student. Through the use of theatrical techniques such as improvisation and role playing, their communication skills were optimized. Among the objectives of this proposal was to get children to lose the fear of speaking in public and enhance their dissertation with the use of the verbal and non-verbal elements of spoken language. The results were not fully evident at the time of the start of the project, these were fully observed in the subsequent classes to observe changes in their attitude and performance, showing more participatory and eloquent in their daily educational tasks.
