GeoGebra en la enseñanza de la Estadística Descriptiva

Abstract

In the Technical University of Manabí, Statistics is considered a basic subject and is studied in most of the careers that are offered. This situation has given rise to certain difficulties in the advance of the syllabus that develops because not all the students arrive with solid knowledge in Descriptive Statistics. The workshop "GeoGebra in the Teaching of Descriptive Statistics" is presented as an alternative solution to the problem described and is the result of the experience developed to implement it with engineering students of the mentioned center of studies in the second cycle of the 2018 academic period.
