Paradojas y contradicciones en la formación de maestros a partir del Buen Vivir

Abstract

La formación de maestros en el Ecuador está, hoy en día, relacionada con la creación de la Universidad Nacional de Educación. Esta reflexión detalla las principales líneas que se han seguido para conseguir dicho objetivo mediante la creación de tal institución: modelo pedagógico, investigación y vinculación con la colectividad dentro del horizonte del Buen Vivir. La pregunta que desarrollaré en esta propuesta es: ¿Cuáles son las paradojas y contradicciones que debemos asumir para la formación de maestros desde el nuevo horizonte?

The formation of teachers in Ecuador is, today, related to the creation of the National University of Education. This reflection details the main lines that have been followed to achieve this goal by creating such an institution: pedagogical model, research and linkage with the collectivity within the horizon of good living. The question I will develop in this proposal is: what are the paradoxes and contradictions that we must assume for the formation of teachers from the new horizon?
