Estimulación del lenguaje oral mediante leyendas ecuatorianas en niños de 3 a 4 años de la escuela “San Francisco de Peleusí de Azogues”

Abstract

The purpose of this degree project is to stimulate oral language through Ecuadorian legends in children from 3 to 4 years of sublevel 1 of the "San Francisco de Peleusí de Azogues" educational center. During the pre-professional practices, difficulties in the children's oral language were evidenced, causing interest in implementing and proposing striking and innovative activities. In this way, it specifies how Ecuadorian legends influence the process of stimulating oral language. For this reason, the main theoretical references were analyzed, such as: language acquisition, oral language stimulation, Ecuadorian legends and Reggio Emilia methodology. The research is based on the qualitative approach and the type of study is applied research, it is also related to action research, since it addresses the object of study with the purpose of activating a diagnosis and search for different perspectives, in addition, It is linked to the socio-critical paradigm because it allows the researcher to be part of the context from theory to practice. Therefore, the researchers witnessed positive results at the end of the proposal, because they evidenced an autonomous development when expressing themselves orally. In conclusion, all the objectives were met, especially the general objective, because the activities related to Ecuadorian legends based on the Reggio Emilia methodology, contributed to the stimulation of oral language in children.
