Saber y tiempo: interrogantes irresueltos de la Educación Latinoamericana de 2008 a 2018

Abstract

América Latina sigue siendo un continente joven y rebelde. Todo esto se queda en el aire si no logramos que los saberes del tiempo se crucen entre la territorialidad y la globalidad. La universidad latinoamericana está en deuda con el descubrimiento y el reconocimiento de otras epistemes, pero también con la falta de crítica frente a una campaña de internacionalización en la que navega y tiende hacia el ahogamiento. El modelo de rankings, la competitividad, la ideología empresarial han coaptado todos los espacios del pensamiento, la acción y la imaginación universitaria. Latin America remains a young and rebellious continent. All this stays in the air if we do not get the knowledge of time to cross between Territoriality and globality. The Latin American University is indebted to the discovery and recognition of other epistems, but also to the lack of criticism in the face of an internationalization campaign in which it navigates and tends towards drowning. The rankings model, the competitiveness, the entrepreneurial ideology have contemplated all the spaces of the thought, the action and the University.
