Abstract

In the educational field it is necessary to know what are the complications that affect the behavior and performance of children and adolescents in our environment, most of which are unattended when it comes to being guided by their parents when they need them, because their parents work and others hide behind being illiterate and not being able to talk with their children. This work aims to help students to recognize and control their emotions, being developed in the didactic unit with the contents of the subjects, will achieve the interest in them to improve and change their way of thinking and acting before society feeling useful beings be in the academic, social, family sports field; contributing ideas or proposals for their well-being and for others. In addition, it seeks to share experiences with the Institution's teachers, since it is necessary to apply from the first years of education.
