Abstract

The present work aims to offer a didactic unit planning curriculum to improve the teaching process - learning and decision-making to generate a meaningful learning on the topic "methods of solution of a system two equations of first degree with two unknowns, applied to the first year of secondary education in the Unidad Educativa 16 de Mayo”. At the end of the implementation of the proposed didactic sequences, that students not only make fewer mistakes in terms of the raised problem solving, but also, to have a different attitude towards mathematics, can be seen as they refer to find a practical and important sense in mathematical teaching why real-life. This has certainly been the best achievement earned.
