Adversities are overcome when there is a faithful belief that change is possible and necessary, a thought attached to a context that facilitates and supports it, with collaborative networks and the appropriate means to develop it. Teachers as main agents in the process of change should safeguard hope in their practice, seeking formulas for a democratic, inclusive and community education from the momentum of an organization that learns and that bets on the culture of reflection.
