Programa de orientación para la modificación de la conducta en los estudiantes de Noveno Grado de la Escuela de Educación Básica “Juan E. Verdesoto”

Abstract

Orientation fulfills an important task in educational centers, refers to one of the main functions that characterize the work of the counselor, train and inform the different actors about what strategies can be carried out to completely solve the problematic situation of bad student behaviors. The activities developed in the present master's thesis were as a consequence of the disruptive behaviors that the Ninth Grade students of the "Juan E. Verdesoto" School of Basic Education were constantly showing, whose purpose was to establish positive reinforcement strategies for the management and control of behavior, which will allow the improvement of school coexistence. The students improved the social relationships were shown participative, both individually and as a group, since most of the proposed activities are designed to develop them working collaboratively, communication between peers has improved markedly and the skills of the students have been highlighted students.
